Project Details

Blue Sky Stables is a 25+ acre, gated Hunter Jumper equestrian facility located just outside Clayton, NC. 

For this project we were tasked with developing a commercial facility that offered a safe environment for both horse and rider. We provided site construction including clearing, grading, well, electric, concrete and HVAC systems, a compost facility, a covered 100’x200’ arena, an outdoor 150’x250’ arena and a monitor style barn.

The barn itself features 16 European 12’x14’ oversized matted stalls, 8 with run out stalls, covered front porch, heated/cooled classroom and 2nd story lounge/classroom with viewing area into covered arena, temperature controlled owner’s locker room, schooling/student tack room, office, feed room, laundry room and bathroom. It also includes 2 hot/cold wash stalls with infrared heaters, 2 grooming stalls, farrier ties and a whole barn fly spray system.
