Project Details

This stunning facility located just outside Chapel Hill, NC was design with the comfort of the horses in mind. This turn-key project that included site construction (clearing, grading, septic), fencing, 80’x156’ indoor arena,  100’x200’ outdoor arena,a new custom designed barn that includes all west coast fir timber, exposed wood beams and tongue and groove ceilings and a custom barn renovation on existing 5 stall barn.

There are several unique features to this build including 7 stalls attached to the indoor arena, 3 of which are 12’x16’ oversized European style. In addition to  a tack room, wash stall, laundry room, bathroom and office the new barn features a classroom and covered front porch. 

The features the horses appreciate most are the rubber pavers in the aisle ways, stable comfort stall mattresses, Nelson feeders and Nelson automatic waterers with heaters.
