Project Details

Starberry Acres is a 70 acre complete commercial facility located in Mebane, NC. 

This turn-key design & construction project includes a custom barn, individual paddock areas, run-in sheds, an outdoor 150’x250′ arena and a covered 120’x200’ arena attached to the barn. 

The new barn features seven 12’x12’ stalls, one 12’x14′ stall, one 12’x15′ stall and one 12’x17′ stall, all with shed rows and individual turnouts, 15’ aisles with 12’ ceiling clearance, 2 grooming stalls and 2 wash stalls. It also includes a laundry room, lounge with view into covered arena, tack room, full bathroom with shower, office, feed room, shaving storage, LED lighting and high velocity fan system.

Some of our favorite features of this facility are the lounge and meeting space that overlook the covered arena and the breezeway that leads from the covered arena to the barn.
